Answer: no it doesn’t have oil on it if it did the oil base thing won’t stick to the paper well it would just muddy if it did that all

Answer: this paper is not thick it is thin but can hold oil based paint if it a thin out it not thick enough for Christmas cards you mite need to stick with card stock or mix media art paper i hope this answers your question
